GO BERNAMA (“App”) is operated by the Malaysian National News Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and other applicable data protection laws. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

The App collects essential staff information, including but not limited to your name, employee ID, department, contact details, and login credentials (collectively referred to as “Personal Data”). These Personal Data are used exclusively to authenticate users and facilitate access to internal company functions.

We use Personal Data solely for internal operational and administrative purposes. This includes managing staff attendance, leave records, training activities, internal announcements, and maintenance reporting.

The information also helps us ensure the security, integrity, and efficient performance of the App and related company systems.

All Personal Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel only. Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary and deleted when no longer required.
